Orders placed before noon (GMT+2) will usually ship the same day, if we have all the ordered items in stock. Delivery time depends on the selected shipping method. The fastest one is DHL Express Worldwide which will usually reach you by the end of the next business day.

To give you some idea on the price range, the shipping cost within European Union is 8€ and for United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia, Japan, South Korea and China it’s 12€ and for places like Zimbabwe and Madagascar it’s 29€.
We offer this express shipping for free on all orders over 150€.
Posti is a Finnish Postal Service owned by the state of Finland. We offer their services to select countries within European Union. The option and pricing for Posti delivery is displayed on the checkout page after you have entered your address and phone number, if it is available for your location.
Please note that delivery times displayed here and on the checkout page are just estimations given by the shipping companies and do not include the time used for Customs procedures on the country of destination. That means that sometimes it may take longer (or shorter) depending on where you live.
Your order may be subject to import duties, custom tariffs or VAT (Valued Added Tax) charges. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.
You have full liability for all shipping costs, customs charges and handling fees. Should you refuse to accept the shipment due to import duties or taxes, Biancaneve reserves the right to deduct return expenses from the refund. In case the return expenses is higher than the order value, no refund will be done.
All orders sent outside the EU will have customs clearance note CN22 or CN23 and the order invoice with required tariffs attached to them.
