1. Common terms

All product prices include 24% VAT. 

SEK and GBP prices are based on original EUR prices. The currency conversion is based on the current European Central Banks exchange rates. Payments will be made in EUR.

2. Payment

2.1 Klarna

With Klarna Checkout you can shop online easily, flexibly and safely. By replying couple of easy questions you identify yourself in the service and can choose the best payment method for you.

You can choose between following payment methods: Invoice, Part payment, cards or e-payments - all equally safe! By using Klarna Checkout you agree terms of Klarna AB (556737-0431, Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm). Terms can be found on checkout. If you have payment-related questions, we kindly ask you to contact Klarna customer service, 08-120 120 10 (Mon-Fri 8:00 - 20:00).

2.2 PayPal

International orders can be payed via Paypal (customers need to create account on www.paypal.com). The webshop will take you automatically to the Paypal payment site. When you have made the payment, please be sure return to our online store for order confirmation. After this you will get your order confirmation by e-mail.

Make sure to write down your confirmation number in case you are unable to print or do not receive it by email. You will need it if you contact our customer service.

3. Shipping

International shipments are carried by Posti or DHL. All the shipping options available for you are displayed on the checkout page after you have entered your address and phone number.

3.1 European Union

If your country is part of the European Union you can order items directly from our online shop. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed on the checkout page.

3.2 Rest of the World

If you are from non-EU country you can send us enquiry at shop@biancaneve.com and we will calculate you the shipping costs.

4. Delivery time

The items are usually shipped within one to two working days from receiving the order and the total delivery time is between one to six working days depending on destination country. Different shipping methods and delivery times available for your location are displayed on the checkout page.

If you need the items as soon as possible please write it on the order comments at the checkout page and choose the DHL Express Worldwide delivery option.

5. Returns policy

According to Finnish consumer protection laws all orders sold to Finland have a 14 days return or exchange right. All items returned must be unused, unwashed and in original packing. All tags must be intact. The original packaging must also be in the same condition as it was when received. The right for return starts from when the customer receives the postal package.

If you are planning on returning a product, please first contact our customer service at shop@biancaneve.com.

5.1. Customer returns within Finland

After contacting our customer service you can return the goods via Finnish postal service (Posti) “asiakaspalautus”. Please attach the original receipt or a copy of it. Also add contacts for refund. In orders within Finland, we give a full refund for goods and costs for delivery. Refunds are payed within one week from when the goods have been returned to our stock in due order.

5.2. Customer returns, countries outside Finland

For customer returns from other countries than Finland, the costs for the return are paid by the customer. Returns must be submitted by a tracable postal service. Biancaneve is not liable for items lost, stolen or damaged in the mail. The cost of the goods except the initial delivery cost is refunded when Biancaneve receives the returned goods in due condition.

6. Force majeure

Biancaneve is not liable if the delivery is delayed or damaged due to force majeure.

7. Disagreements

These terms and conditions are subject to the laws and exclusive jurisdiction of Finland.
